Salmon Loaf

2-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups rolled oats
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3 cups yogurt (plain), kefir, or buttermilk
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves, chopped
16-ounce can salmon
Mix the flour and baking soda together, and add in the oats.  Add the yogurt, kefir, or buttermilk.  Mix in the herbs and garlic, and then mix in the canned salmon.  Pour into an oiled loaf pan, and bake at 300º for 45 minutes.  Cool and slice to serve.
